DECORATION
At The Weaving Shed, our wedding venue in Dundee comes with atmospheric lighting, handcrafted tables, comfortable yet industrial style seating, vintage sofas and whisky barrels included in our hire price. We offer a personalised wedding styling service to help reduce your load and can recommend a network of trusted suppliers for flowers,, styling and décor. If you prefer a more hands-on approach, you’re welcome to style the venue yourself or work with your own suppliers, giving you complete freedom to create a wedding celebration that’s unique to you.

FOOD & DRINK
At The Weaving Shed, our wedding venue in Dundee caters for both formal dining and relaxed, informal styles. We can recommend trusted caterers to create your personalised menu or welcome food vans in our outdoor space for a street food feel. Our staffed fully stock bar offer the best cocktails, wines, draft beers and more. For reception drinks and dining drinks you can supply an agreed quantity of your own fizz or wine for a corkage fee. Reception drinks can run alongside our pay bar, and bespoke drinks packages are available nearer your date. Any surplus wine from corkage will be cleared after the wedding breakfast, with our fully stocked bar open for the rest of the evening, ensuring your guests enjoy great food and drink throughout the celebration.
Pricing
Venue only hire includes:
- Three day hire covering a day either side for set up and reset (or if more suitable the Monday for reset)
- Staffing costs to cover the three days including negotiating access with vendors/suppliers re. deliveries and collections etc
- All accessories / furniture listed in ‘Decoration’ section
- Heating as required
- Cleaning
- Waste disposal
- 2025/2026 hire rate £5,500
- 2027 / 2028 hire rate £6,000
- (25% deposit on booking confirmation, balance to be paid the month prior to the wedding date). Limited discounted rate of £4000 for weddings November to February.

Availability
We are only able to accommodate Saturday wedding hires. We have a time limited All-Inclusive Wedding Package covering remaining dates for October and November 2025 and dates in March, April, May, June, August September and October 2026. Please contact us to discuss availability.
